The history of Saggio
On the 15th of February 1980 the young and aspiring Master Technician Carmelo Saggio established the first Workshop in Mühlheim/Main. Carmelo was engaged with everything realted to wheels since his childhood.
In spring 1980 he took over the Fiat dealership. An extraordinary success story began.
Since the beginning, expertise, effort and much ambition, in combination with Italian charm, have been and are still characteristics Carmelo aquires and convinces customers with.
Four years later (1984) Carmelo established the new »Autohaus Saggio« in Mühlheim/Main since the company needed more space. On the self acquired area, and in a short period of time, a modern new dealership has been arised.
The passion for exclusive cars with sportive characteristics resulted in a dealership expansion with the manufacturers Alfa Romeo and Lancia.
In the year 1996, Maserati was taken over by the Fiat group, the diversity of manufacturers expanded again with the traditional italian brand.
2000 the current Dealership was established in Offenbach. Already a year later, the third dealership was established in Dettelbach near Würzburg.
Since the end of 2009 the car dealership Saggio has its fourth facility in München, at the Zamdorfer Straße 86.
In the Summer of 2014 the largest, state-of-the-art Ferrari dealer worldwide has been established in München.
